ARITSAN

ARITSAN · Process

How ARITSAN works,
from brief to handover.

Eight clear steps. One named project manager. Verified vendor coordination. Transparent investment planning — before any number is committed to.

The eight steps

  1. Consultation. We start with a 30-minute conversation — at your home or our Mahipalpur studio. We listen for the vision, lifestyle, space constraints, household priorities, and the kind of home you want this to become. No quote, no pressure. Just understanding.
  2. Site visit and measurement. A detailed on-site survey across walls, services, shaft positions, beam drops, exhaust paths, electricals, and gas line. Apartment kitchens vary sharply between towers — measurements are non-negotiable on-site.
  3. Design direction. We develop the layout, finish palette, material direction, and storage logic. You see a 3D layout, a moodboard, and a written direction. Tradeoffs are made visible — not hidden inside a single number.
  4. Material curation. We fix the carcass grade, shutter finish, hardware tier, accessory list, countertop choice, and lighting. Every line item is named with brand and quantity — not bundled into vague phrases.
  5. Quotation transparency. A written quote that names everything. Carcass grade. Shutter brand. Hardware tier. Accessory quantities. Countertop specification. Warranty terms. Installation scope. You understand what you are signing.
  6. Vendor coordination. We coordinate the verified manufacturing partner, electrician, plumber, painter, and any specialty trades. One named project manager owns the sequence and accountability. You speak to one person, not fifteen.
  7. Execution planning. Society NOC paperwork, lift padding, work-hour rules, material entry timing, factory QC checks, install team scheduling. The operational details that delay most projects are handled before they cause delays.
  8. Handover. Final walk-through with you. Snag closure within the agreed window. Written warranty terms. Care and maintenance guidance. The project is signed off only when you are satisfied.

ARITSAN note

The separation between planning and manufacturing is deliberate. Aggregating verified partners lets us choose the right one for each project — rather than locking every customer into a single factory's inventory, finish range, or production timeline.

How we treat budget

Budget is a clarity mechanism, not the headline. We map the design direction to a parameter band that fits the household's intent. The same project can sit at three different investment levels depending on finish, hardware, and accessory tier. You see those tradeoffs in writing before any commitment.

For specific cost breakdowns: modular kitchen cost in India and wardrobe design cost in India.

Quality control across the project

  • At procurement. Material grade is verified — BWP plywood IS:710 grade, carcass thickness, edge banding specification.
  • At factory. Carcass build, shutter finish, and hardware fitment are checked before dispatch.
  • At site. Civil readiness, electrical points, and plumbing rough-in are confirmed before install begins.
  • At install. Levelling, alignment, soft-close adjustment, and finish protection.
  • At handover. Full walk-through with you. Snags logged in writing. Closure within the agreed window.

FAQs

Is ARITSAN a manufacturer?

No. ARITSAN is a design-led aggregator, curator, and execution coordinator. We plan kitchens, wardrobes, interiors, and home upgrades — and source through verified manufacturing partners. The separation is deliberate: we choose the right partner for each project rather than fitting you into one factory's inventory.

How many vendors does ARITSAN coordinate?

It depends on scope. A modular kitchen project typically coordinates the manufacturing partner, hardware supplier, countertop fabricator, electrician, plumber, and installer. A full home renovation can involve 10–15 vendors. One named project manager owns all of this — you speak to one person.

What does the first consultation cover?

Vision, lifestyle, space, household priorities, finish direction, and parameter awareness. We do not quote in the first conversation — we listen, ask questions, and return a design direction. The first conversation is consultative, not transactional.

Do I get a written quote with brand names?

Yes. Every ARITSAN quote names the carcass grade, shutter finish, hardware brand and tier, every accessory with quantity, the countertop, lighting, electrical scope, installation, and warranty terms. We do not hide quality behind vague phrases like 'premium hardware'.

How does ARITSAN handle quality control?

Quality is checked at the stages that matter: material grade at procurement, carcass build at the factory, finish quality before dispatch, and installation snag closure on-site. The project manager is named in your scope of work and is the single point of accountability.

What if there are snags during installation?

Snag closure is part of the scope of work. We do a final walk-through with you, log every snag in writing, and close them within an agreed window before the project is signed off. Warranty terms continue past sign-off.
