ARITSAN is a design and execution partner, not a manufacturer, so we do not issue one blanket brand guarantee. Where the selected kitchen or wardrobe range carries partner warranty terms, that coverage — scope, duration, and conditions — is documented on the order in writing before you confirm. Doors and windows continue to carry manufacturer-backed warranties on profiles, hardware, and finishing systems where applicable.

Can I see physical samples before ordering?

Absolutely. We can bring finish samples, hardware samples and material swatches to your home during the consultation visit so you can see and feel them in your own lighting conditions before making a decision.

Matte laminates and PU matte finishes are the most practical — they hide fingerprints and light scratches better than glossy options and clean easily with a damp cloth. For a more premium look with good durability, acrylic or PU gloss can work well if regular light cleaning is maintained.
