ARITSAN (operating under ARITSAN Home Operations Pvt. Ltd., referred to as "ARITSAN", "we", "our" or "us") is a design-led home upgrade company. We coordinate modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors and windows, curated appliances, and home products through trusted vendor and execution partners. We do not manufacture.

We collect only what is necessary to plan, coordinate, and deliver your project or product.

Full name, address, phone number, email address, and WhatsApp number — used to communicate and coordinate your project.
B. Space and Project Details
Property type, room dimensions, floor plans, photos, and design preferences — shared by you during the consultation and planning process to help us prepare a design direction and scope.
C. Purchase and Service Records
Order history, payment milestones, warranty registration details, and after-sales correspondence — maintained for project coordination and service continuity.
D. Platform Usage
Website interactions, quiz responses, and WhatsApp conversation data — used to improve service quality and respond to your inquiries more effectively.
Legal Basis for Processing
Performance of a Contract
To execute complex agreements involving site measurements, interior designing, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and post-installation warranty honoring.
Legitimate Business Interests
To improve service quality, respond more accurately to inquiries, and manage project coordination effectively — including the use of internal digital tools that support our team.
Express Consent
Where you opt in, we may send project updates, design inspiration, and relevant product information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Legal Obligation
To comply with Indian taxation norms, statutory audits, fraud prevention laws, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
Third-Party Sharing
ARITSAN shares your data only where necessary to coordinate and deliver your project or product. We do not sell your data.
- Vendor and Execution Partners: Relevant project details are shared with our verified vendor and execution partners solely for the purpose of planning and delivering your project.
- Appliance OEMs: When appliances are sourced or coordinated, your contact details may be shared with OEMs to activate product warranties and schedule technical support.
- Cloud and Technology Services: Data is processed through secured cloud infrastructure (including AWS) and digital communication tools, each bound by applicable data processing agreements.
Data Retention & Tracking Pixels
Retention: Active project and appliance data is retained for the lifespan of the warranty (up to 10 years). Financial audit records are legally preserved for a minimum of 8 years per Indian corporate statutes. Marketing logs are routinely scrubbed of PII after 36 months of inactivity.
Cookies & Beacons: Our platform deploys strictly necessary session cookies alongside performance markers (Google Analytics) and targeting tags (Meta Pixel). This enables secure CRM transitions and allows us to serve highly curated architectural designs across the web.
Your Rights & Grievance Redressal
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. You may withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any marketing message.
