Master Terms & Conditions

Agreement Version 3.4Effective Date: 14 May 2026
01.

Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ARITSAN platform, including our website (aritsan.in), WhatsApp channels, design consultation process, and any project or product coordination services we provide.

The operator of these services is ARITSAN Home Operations Pvt. Ltd., headquartered at Mahipalpur, Delhi – Jaipur Expressway, New Delhi – 110037 (referred to as "ARITSAN", "we", "us", or "our").

By engaging with our design team, submitting a consultation request, paying a booking amount, or ordering a product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

02.

AI-Generated Quotes and Estimates

  • Non-Binding Estimates: To facilitate rapid responses, ARITSAN uses guided tools to generate preliminary investment estimates based on inputs provided. These are strictly provisional and do not constitute legally binding financial commitments.
  • Final Commercial Pricing: The confirmed project quote is finalised only after physical site measurements are completed by ARITSAN's assigned coordinators and 3D designs are explicitly reviewed and approved by the customer.
  • Tool Limitations: ARITSAN's digital tools rely on customer-provided inputs and cannot account for structural complexity, site conditions, or specification changes made after submission. Preliminary estimates generated through these tools carry no binding financial obligation.
03.

Material, Finish, and Product Tolerances

Visual and Dimensional Variation: 3D renders are produced under controlled lighting conditions. Actual finishes — including acrylic, laminate, and PU — may vary slightly in tone and texture depending on your space's ambient light. As residential walls are not always perfectly level, ARITSAN's execution partners use filler and adjustment measures to ensure flush installation.

Hardware Substitutions: Where a specified hardware brand is unavailable at the time of production, ARITSAN reserves the right to substitute it with a functionally equivalent or superior alternative. Any substitution will be communicated to the customer before installation.

Appliance Coordination: When ARITSAN coordinates appliance sourcing from OEM partners, product warranties are issued directly by the OEM. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

04.

05.

Site Conditions, Intellectual Property & Liability

Site Readiness: The customer is responsible for basic site preparation — including access, electricity, lighting, and any civil prerequisites (core-cutting, granite laying). If the site is not ready on the agreed installation date, ARITSAN reserves the right to defer the schedule. Warehousing costs for completed components held beyond the agreed date may be charged at ₹500 per day.

Intellectual Property: All 2D layouts, 3D renders, and design documents produced by ARITSAN remain our intellectual property until the project invoice is fully settled. These documents may not be shared with third-party contractors or vendors without ARITSAN's written consent.

Force Majeure: ARITSAN is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control — including pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government orders, or acts of nature. In such events, timelines will be revised and communicated to the customer in writing.

06.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930. Any dispute should first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith mediation between the parties. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi.
